Training Schedule


For the Fall 2013 season, the following training schedule will be followed:

 

Varsity Boys:

Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 3:45pm-6:15pm at the boathouse.

Tuesday’s : 3:45pm-6:15pm at Kong CrossFit.

Saturday: 7am-9:15am at the boathouse. 11am-1230PM at Kong CrossFit*

*Second practice on Saturday will be held at the boathouse if weather required athletes to be indoors at any point during the week.

 

Varsity Girls, Novice Boys, Novice Girls:

Monday-Wednesday, Friday: 3:45pm-6:15pm at the boathouse.

Thursday : 3:45pm-6:15pm at Kong CrossFit.

Saturday: 7am-9:15am at the boathouse. 11am-1230PM at Kong CrossFit*

*Second practice on Saturday will be held at the boathouse if weather required athletes to be indoors at any point during the week.

 

Middle School:

Monday and Tuesday: 3:45pm-6:15pm at the boathouse.

Thursday : 3:45pm-6:15pm at Kong CrossFit.
